It is with overwhelming joy that we have witnessed during this month of March the completion of our first Leadership Mastermind Program by the Next Level Leadership Institute.
The Program, which took place over the past six months, was robust with innovative perspectives delivered through in-person events, online group sessions and individual coaching sessions carefully customized to meet each participant's needs and interests. Each in-person event consisted of creative discussions, games, physical expression stations, videos, written material, practices and lots of good food and fellowship.
As facilitators, our hearts have certainly been deeply touched by the uniqueness and radiance of each participant and the contribution they brought forward.
Each participant has profoundly collaborated to create a memorable experience of transformation and helped refine the Program in so many ways. For this, we, as the facilitators, and all future participants of this Program will remain forever grateful. In particular, we would like to acknowledge the level of enthusiasm, dedication, love, authenticity, commitment and engagement that each participant has demonstrated throughout the Program. As a group, the magical synchronicity of souls that was manifested, although difficult to translate into words, still resonates inside in the memory of all the laughter, the hugs, the jokes, the learnings and the fellowship we shared.
Although the pandemic has prevented us from coming together physically for a proper graduation event, it has not prevented us from feeding the love inside which leads us to the culmination of an even more meaningful get-together once the quarantine is lifted, to celebrate our unforgettable memories and to honor each participant for the true radiance and beauty they each are.
