The CHOICE Style of Leadership

Congratulations on stepping into your leadership and joining us for The Leadership Program. We are delighted with the opportunity to serve you this way.

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines and communicates our mutual understanding so that you can receive the best service possible during the program (the “Program”).

Parties. This Agreement is made between Inely Cesna Coaching (“I”, “We”) and the participant (‘You”)
Dates and Times. The program will start promptly on Friday, October 18, 2019; and will end on Friday, March 27, 2020. Detailed schedule of events will be provided in the beginning of the program.
Term + Termination. This Agreement will be binding upon execution by both parties and will begin on the Program Start Date and continue until the Program End Date, as outlined in 2 above.
Termination. In case of violation of any of the und erstandings outlined hereto, this Agreement may be terminated earlier with no refunds. In the unlikely event that the Program is cancelled, you will be fully refunded for the amount paid.
Participation. Your full participation in all sessions of the program is the single most important factor to assure you receive the greatest value. It is quite common to experience some level of resistance when doing work in consciousness. Please know that your willingness to continue working and trusting the process will support you in overcoming your obstacles and achieving transformation. Please arrive promptly for all sessions and participate fully by avoiding distractions of any kind. During the sessions, please ensure to silence your cel. phone, and refrain from texting, side talking, or eating food at the seminar room. To ensure that the Program provides everyone with the best experience possible, we ask that you adopt a conduct of respect and positive regard towards everyone and promote an environment that is safe, respectful, and friendly.
Cancellations and Refunds. All Program sales are final, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
No Guarantees. No guarantees are made as to the results you will obtain from the Program, as this depends mostly on your willingness to give it your best and participate fully.
Hazards, Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement. You are fully responsible to use the Program Property at 7052 Dume Dr., 90265, CA (or any other location where the Program takes place) with care and consideration using extra precautions on stairs, garden, and around the pool and jacuzzi. You hereby release the Program property owners from all claims and waive and relinquish any claim, liability, cause of action, damages or costs for personal injury, wrongful death and property damage that occurs on the property. You also acknowledge that you are fully aware of the risks and potential dangers incidental to use of the Program property, and voluntarily and knowingly assumes the risk of use of the property.
Media Release. Photos and recording videos may be made during the Program. The purpose for the recording of any photographs or videos is strictly for facilitators’ improvement and promotional use in any media. You hereby agree with the use of your photos or videos for such purpose and waive us from any legal claims due to any use of photos or videos.
Payment. Thank you for your payment of $1000 (one thousand dollars). This investment covers your attendance in six (6) live / online events and five (5) individual coaching sessions.
Communication. Please communicate with us in case there are any concerns you would like to see addressed. Our intention is to promote the best experience possible for you during the Progarm.
Confidentiality. We operate and grow in a safe space. Any sharing from the audience during the retreat is strictly confidential.
Ownership of Materials. Some of the content presented during the Program is copyrighted material and not to be re-distributed or re-used.
Standard Legal Things. Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed exclusively by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. You also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice. Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and replaces any prior agreements. Waiver of Breach. The waiver by me of any breach by you of any provision of this Agreement will not be taken to be a waiver of any further breaches by you. Online Agreement. We agree with all the terms and conditions of this agreement by paying the corresponding invoice, the effect of which will be the same as if we signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.
I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to and accepted all of the aforementioned terms within, and that I have read the preceding information and understood my rights as a client.
